About the C4 Foundation:
Chief Special Warfare Officer, Charles H. Keating, IV aka “Chuck” or “C4” was killed in action on May 3, 2016 in Iraq defending an attempt by 300 ISIS terrorists to breach Kurdish defensive positions in attempt to destroy to the Mosul Dam. One year after his death, C4’s family formed the C4 Foundation, a non-profit charity in Charlie’s honor to deliver family and marriage strengthening programs unique to the Navy SEAL’s and their families at the C4 Ranch located in northern San Diego county. The C4 Foundation was organized as a nonprofit charity in Charlie’s honor and spirit on June 26, 2017.
