What Should I Expect?
The Optimist Club of Coronado (OCC) was formed in 1971 by people who wanted to reach out to help youth and the community of Coronado; people like you and me. Members of OCC usually live in or work in Coronado. Members have joined together to serve others and to promote Optimism as a way of life. OCC is chartered as a Member of Optimist International. This gives the Club the right to use the Optimist name and access to services and programs offered by Optimist International.
- Attend 3 meetings, sponsored by a current member.
- See the optimism in action and decide readiness to participate.
- Request a vote by the Optimist Board for membership.
